The Challenge: We currently require a number of individuals to join our TELUS Customer Solutions group as part of our core Customer Solutions Delivery (CSD) Team in Calgary. Various roles are available and may encompass certain facets of service delivery including installation and repair. The CSD team is responsible specifically for the provisioning and support of enhanced products related to the Future Friendly Home (Home Networking, Home Sitter, ADSL High Speed Internet, etc.). We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic people, who are excited about technology and have a commitment to unparalleled customer service excellence. This may involve extensive customer contact and adherence to tight schedules. Successful candidates must be motivated to deliver exceptional customer service while on location by identifying additional service opportunities and up-selling TELUS services when appropriate. Successful candidates will be required to work various shifts, which are primarily days, but could also include evenings and weekends dependent on business requirements. These positions are permanent full time in nature and have potential for future career growth. Finally, a career you'll love. Required Skills & Abilities: - High school graduate with Math 30 or 33 (Pure or Applied) or equivalent.
- Valid Class 5 Alberta Driver's License (without restrictions) or other provincial equivalent.
- Ability to manage a physically demanding workload including lifting, climbing and working in all weather conditions.
- Technical curiosity and ability.
- Ability to identify additional service opportunities and up-selling TELUS services when appropriate.
