Information collected in the "About You" section is used by TalentOyster Connect to help us make our site more useful and fun for our registered members. It may also be used in aggregate for in content written for the TalentOyster site.
Information collected in the next section is used by TalentOyster so that we can provide you with the services and information which best fits your needs and the needs of your community. The information TalentOyster collects here may also be used in an aggregate, anonymous form. For example to tell employers that 1/3 of the job seekers on TalentOyster are visible minorities.
